NIW Approval for AgTech Manager with No RFE

Client holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture and had over a decade of experience working in the field of agricultural technology. Their proposed endeavor focused on collaborating with farmers, agribusiness, and research institutions to implement advanced farming techniques and precision agriculture technologies.

Notably, the client did not have citations of their published work. Even so, we were able to argue successfully for their case based on their leadership/achievements on the job, professional certifications, and professional memberships.
