Comment on H4 Extension Biometrics Experiences – USCIS – H1B + H4 + EAD –Docs by Raj

Employer letter just stated projects involved and losses they will incur. Congress took 1 weeks time to respond. Can one expedite again? Also how much time approx is taking to approve H4 in California. As per processing time its taking 2.5-4.5 months.
